Delivery - Australia Post
Elite Door & Tap Hardware offer delivery of your goods via Australia Post.
All goods purchased via our Buy Online section of our website will be delivered via Australia Post.
We ship your order 1 Business day after payment as been cleared if the item is in stock.
If we have no stock of your item we will order the items within 3 business day’s and post to your address on the same day upon reciveing the goods in the showroom.
If ordering custom made, specialty or unstocked items there may be a longer delay in recieving the goods as these come from interstate locations.
We will endevour to send all goods out within 3-5 business days subject to availability from the various suppliers.
All goods will be shipped with a tracking number which you can then track via the Australia Post website once we have issued the number to you via email.
Your order should be received within 3-7 working days within Victoria.
Subject to stock availability. Longer delivery times will apply with interstate orders. Delivery times may vary depending on destinations.
Currently we do not ship internationally but stay tuned for this update.

We offer a free quoting service so if you just want to see how much things cost, we will forward you a complete quote with no obligation.
We will outline the products you are interested in with prices and details so you can plan your project in advance and achieve your objectives under budget and in a timely manner.

Product consulting (Free Service)
We offer a free one on one get together so we can explain to you in plain English what it is that you require for your project, be it large or small we don’t mind we just love talking about handles and locks and having a chat.
We can consult with you regarding all manner of door hardware inclusing handles, locks, hinges and knockers.
Additionally we have extensive knowledge and experience with taps, sinks and basins and many other kitchen, bathroom and laundry hardware accessories.

Product Warranty and Guarantees
All hardware supplied by Elite Door & Tap Hardware comes with a manufacturers warranty and/or guarantee.
Should a product under warranty require replacing, this is at a supply only of the replacement product and the faulty product must be returned to us for exchange.
If we can no longer supply an exact replacement of your warranty item (deleted line) a suitable alternative product will be replaced in its place.
Any SKU: T103*** mixer has an:
- 10 year ceramic disc cartridge - parts only warranty.
- 7 year replacement product or parts
- 1 year replacement product or parts and labour.
Excludes damage to ceramic disc cartridge from pieces of copper tube, plastic tube, sand, dirt or thread tape etc.
Note: Failure to comply with the following will void all warranty:
- The faulty mixer must be returned together with original receipt or proof of purchase to where the purchase was made within the warranty period for replacement.
- All mixers must be installed with isolating stop valves.
- The mixer must be installed by a licensed plumber.All new connections must be flushed prior to the connecting of the flexible hoses to the isolating stop valves.
- The warranty will not cover for the defects caused by improper installation, surface damage caused by improper installation or any other reason than genuine quality defects of the products.
- All mixer working pressure 150 kPa, recommended maximum working pressure 700 kPa.
- If the water pressure exceeds or is likely to exceed 700kPa, an approved pressure limiting valve must be fitted.
- If the water temperature exceeds 75*C, an approved tempering valve must be fitted.
- Installation should comply with Australian standard AS3500.1 or relevant local authority requirements.

Trading terms
All goods remain the property of Elite Door and Tap Hardware and shall not be obtained by receiver until payment has been received in full.
No cash refunds – Credit notes issued.
No exchanges or credits accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns only accepted when goods are accompanied by original receipt or invoice, and subject to goods being in original condition with accessories and packaging.
Goods ordered in by customer request will only be credited if supplier accepts the returned goods at the same value, and within a 7 day period from the date of purchase. A handling fee of 25% will be charged.
Goods made to order and special orders can not be returned or cancelled from date of order for refund or credit.
The cost incurred for returning the goods to Elite Door and Tap Hardware is the customers responsibility.
All prices include GST.

Door Scheduling (Free Service)
We offer a free service where you give us your floor plan layout and we will write a numbered door schedule with all components relating to the door numbers marked on the boxes ready for your tradesman to install.
A door schedule will indicate where all the handles, locks, hinges, cabinet handles, window fittings, towel rails, taps and other hardware accessories actually belong in your new project.
This can then be passed to your tradesman for installation and will assist greatly to ensure a problem free project.
